統計小幫手 EasyU- Statistics
“EasyU-小幫手” 系列軟體產品; “EasyU-” Software series :
開發“EasyU-小幫手” 系列軟體產品的目的, 為針對中小型公司開發單位或是研發資源人力不足的新公司, 對產品開發品質分析, 計劃成本評估, 生產計劃安排等, 作簡單, 容易明白, 容易操作的輔助及導入, 在不需太多理論學培訓下, 已經可以從得到基本的資料作分析, 配合公司提供的訓練課程, 協助初學者或是非專業人員能夠快速地應用及實踐.
The purpose of our development of “EasyU-” Software series is special service to our clients which are small and Medium Enterprises or lack of serious training of R&D analysis resources. Based on Product Development, Quality Analysis, Project Budgeting and Production Planning Schedule, “EasyU-” can assist and help the user to apply simply and easily. Through the training that we provided, beginner or unprofessional user can take up the skill quickly. User can make basic analysis from raw data without much training in the theory.
一) “ EasyU- Statistics (EUS) 統計小幫手” 是本公司 “EasyU-小幫手” 系列之第一個軟體產品, 市面上已有多種類型的統計及品管統計的軟體, 但一般統計軟體都需要使用人員經過對統計學的培訓, 才能懂得使用, 而 “EasyU- Statistics” 是專為初學者, 尤其是R & D 人員, 在不需太多統計學培訓下, 已經可以從實驗數據中得到基本的資料作分析.
EUS 分析程式是由三個模組所組成, 分別是 “數據合理性分析”, “量測設備合理性分析” 以及 “製程條件合理性分析”.
i) “數據合理性分析”模組對原始實驗數據作基本統計計算及信賴區間分析.
ii) “量測設備合理性分析”模組有三類分析, 分別是“量測設備合理性分析 GR”, “量測設備合理性分析 GR&R” 和 “DOE 2x2”, “GR”和 “GR&R”主要針對原始量測設備實驗數據作合理性分析, 而“DOE 2x2”以是實驗設計二因子, 二個水準的實驗資料數據分析.
iii) “製程條件合理性分析”模組有四類分析, 分別是 “製程再現性分析 PR”, “製程再現性與再生性分析 PR&R”, “X-Bar R管制圖” 和 “製程能力比”, 主要針對在製造過程中, 對製程穩定資料數據作分析.
“ EasyU- Statistics (EUS) ” is the first software of “EasyU-” software series. There are already many types of statistics and statistical quality control software in the market. Generally, the users of these kinds of statistical software are required to have taken training of Statistics. However, EasyU- Statistics is designed for beginners, especially for R&D staff who are no more strict training of Statistics. They can collect some experiment data and information for basic analysis.
EUS analysis program is composed of three modules. There are “Data Basics Analysis”, “Gage Rationality Analysis” and “Process Rationality Analysis”.
i) “Data Basics Analysis” module will run the basic statistical calculations and Confidence Interval Estimate analysis.
ii) “Gage Rationality Analysis” module is composed of three module parts. There are “Gage Repeatability, GR”, “Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility, GR&R” and “Design of Experiment 2², DOE 2x2”. The major functions of “GR” and “GR&R” are focus on R&D measurement gage and data analysis. “DOE 2x2” is using in two factors, two levels experiment data analysis.
iii) “Process Rationality Analysis” module is composed of four module parts. There are “Process Repeatability, PR”, “Process Repeatability and Reproducibility, PR&R” “X-Bar R Control” and “Process Capability Ratios, PCR”. The major functions of them are focus on production processing data analysis.
